The Retreat is built to comply with all relevant Codes of Practice required by the National Caravan Council Certification Scheme and those approved by the British Holiday & Home Parks Association. This product is a holiday home. It has been designed to accord with European and British Standard BS/EN3632 which include grade A and B snow loads.

Retreat Homes Limited reserve the right to alter the specification, sizes, materials, fittings etc at any time without prior notice as circumstances may dictate. Images shown in this brochure include items of furniture and general props which are for illustration purposes only. Furniture Packs are available as Optional Extras, please refer to your Park or Retreat Homes Limited if you require clarification. Due to Retreat Homes policy of constantly driving to update and improve our products, images in this brochure may not reflect exactly our latest designs and specifications.

In order for The Retreat home to be used, it needs to be sited correctly, fitted with steps or means of access and connected to services by professionally qualified staff.

A manufacturers warranty is available on all sales within the UK, please ask for details. The warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights. Purchasers outside the UK are requested to consult your distributor or Retreat Homes Limited. For the manufacturers warranty to remain valid, The Retreat home must be sited correctly. This brochure does not form part of any contract.

Prices are ex-works and do not include delivery / transport to site, commissioning or any on site charges.
